The traditional steading buildings at Inverharroch Farm will be converted to a historical distillery and heritage centre. The distillery will use historical distilling methods from the 19th century that will produce Cabrach whisky® as it would have been produced in in the Cabrach in 1820.

The Cabrach distillery will be operated as a social enterprise, and the surpluses reinvested in projects that will help to build resilience and long-term sustainability in the Cabrach, arresting its decline. The distillery and heritage centre will provide a sustainable income for the activities of the Trust and will serve as an important social hub for a remote dispersed community.
